Eggnog Spice Cupcakes

Eggnog Spice Cupcakes with Coffee buttercream frosting.
This was a new recipe that I came up with and made for part of the gifts that I give to the kids' teachers and some of the staff at school. I love eggnog and coffee so viola...yummy cupcakes. These were rich in flavor and so full of "holiday" yummyness.

Email me for the recipe if you would like to try them.

Snow pictures

Some pictures from the backyard. Ice on the tree branches that are touching the ground.

10" of snow and that is after the freezing rain squiched the snow down today. Oh, bother, as Pooh says.

The tree branches next to the pool are the branches from the top picture. That's a lot of snow.

You can't tell that there are 4 steps on the deck because there is so much snow!

Furry scarf and matching Minky pillow

This scarf is knit with two yarns at once. A colored worsted weight and a fur yarn. It is a fun twist on a scarf.

I made a pillow out of Minky material to go with the scarf. The flip side of the pillow was a bobble pattern made out of the Minky material as well. This is a fun and fairly easy gift idea. If you would like to purchase one or both you can email me. There is a variety of material patterns and colors to pick from. The scarf requires 2 skeins of the base colored yarn and two of the fur. The price for both projects includes the materials.

Scarf cost: $25.00
Pillow cost: $25.00

Would you like a new scarf? Infinity Scarf

This is an Infinity Scarf made from a specialty yarn. It is 42" round.
This is such a luxurious scarf. It is so soft and warm. There are several different ways to wear it.

This scarf requires 7 skeins of the specialty yarn and it comes in a few colors.

Cost: $100.00
